Weekend happenings

We headed down to the coast this past weekend for a little relaxation and had a great time sleeping in and cooking breakfast in!

We got a few odd and ends done at the house and spent the rest of the time watching some football and hanging out with friends. 

Saturday night I made some Smashed Potatoes from a recipe I found at Williams Sonoma. It was amazing and all the men loved them!

My poor Aggies lost in 4 OT's but the Cowboys kicked booty! Way to go Romo, you helped me do great on my fantasy football matchup this week, keep it up!
