I'm sure everyone has seen the recipe for copycat Olive Garden salad dressing floating around on Pinterest by now. I made it recently and have to say while it didn't taste exactly like the restaurant dressing it was pretty darn good!!
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1/3 C. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
I added croutons, tomatoes, olives and onions to ours. I also made double the recipe so that I could add it to my salads during the week at work and it got better the longer it chilled!!
