Melted Caprese

Hello friends! My week has been beyond hectic so I didn't get a chance to put together an outfit as I had hoped! So instead you are getting another recipe! This recipe I saw on Pinterest and knew I would love! We love a caprese salad with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar so the warmed dip version looked and sounded just as amazing! It was honestly the simplest thing I have probably ever made and paired with some sourdough crustini's made a perfect appetizer!

Melted Caprese
(the amounts you use are your own - I used enough to fill the bottom of a 9-inch round pie pan)

Fresh mozzarella, cubed (dry as much as possible - mine had some extra water making the dip a little runny at first)
Champagne tomatoes, quartered (remove all the juicy insides)
Fresh basil, torn or chopped

Preheat oven to 350 and bake until cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately with crackers or your other favorite dipper!
