Tasty Tuesday: Onion Dip

Today I have the best recipe (and easiest) for you to fix as an appetizer for your next party. This is an onion dip that my family has nicknamed "Mark's Dip" after my Dad because he is always requesting it! I usually pair it with Ruffles chips and veggies but it would also go great with crackers. I fix this often when we have friends over and they always ask for the recipe so I thought I would share it with you!

Onion Dip a.k.a. "Mark's Dip"

Ingredients:
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 Tablespoons minced onion
1 Tablespoon chopped chives
3 chopped green onions

Steps:
Combine all ingredients except green onions & mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour and then garnish with green onions before serving.

Enjoy!
I can't wait to hear what you think if you serve this at your next party.

Linking up with 33 Shades of Green for Tasty Tuesday. Make sure and head over to her blog to find other wonderful recipes.

YUM! This is probably way better than the version I always make with sour cream and the dry packet of onion soup mix haha but seriously!
