Another year of fabulous

Last weekend was my birthday and Brad planned a "fabulous" weekend! We headed down to our coast house in Seadrift with some great friends.

(Side note: We found out about Seadrift, a quaint little fishing town on the coast, from our dear friends Jen & David. They have had a house there for many years and invited us down as guests. Well, as you can imagine we were of course smitten with the place and wanted a place of our own! So several months later we closed on a wonderful little coastal cottage - okay, it's not really a cottage but I love it!!)

We had a great time with shopping, eating and sipping our favorite beverages! Brad surprised me with some new Tory Burch aviator sunglasses and an amazing Amaretto cake! He also cooked up some steaks, potatoes, marinated mushrooms and broccoli with hollandaise sauce! It was amazing! He is quite the chef in the home! (I am working on getting better at this)
