Tasty Tuesday

Today I am posting one of my all time favorites! My Grandmother and Mother have made it for years and it has always been something that I go to for my "comfort food" or even on birthdays. Now my husband even asks me to make it for him too! It is super simple but quite yummy! I love it with mashed potatoes (another comfort food :) ) and a veggie. I hope you will try it and let me know what you think!


Creamy Chicken


8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
8 slices swiss cheese
3/4 cup white cooking wine (or dry white wine)
1 large can Cream of Chicken Soup
Herb Seasoned stuffing mix (enough to cover the top)
1 stick butter (melted)

Arrange the chicken in a greased 13x9 baking dish, top with slices of cheese. Mix wine and soup and then spoon on top of cheese slices. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top then drizzle with melted butter. Cover and bake at 350 for 70 minutes, then bake an additional 10 minutes uncovered.
