Creamy Chicken
8 slices swiss cheese
3/4 cup white cooking wine (or dry white wine)
1 large can Cream of Chicken Soup
Herb Seasoned stuffing mix (enough to cover the top)
1 stick butter (melted)
Arrange the chicken in a greased 13x9 baking dish, top with slices of cheese. Mix wine and soup and then spoon on top of cheese slices. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top then drizzle with melted butter. Cover and bake at 350 for 70 minutes, then bake an additional 10 minutes uncovered.
