What a relaxing weekend we had! We both worked Saturday morning then headed home, packed up the truck and headed to the coast. It is always so nice to get away, even for just a day! When we bought the coast house last year we found out that the fence that was up between our house and our neighbors was about 4-5 week away from the property line. It was an old fence and was leaning due to the wind gusts and had some beautiful yuccas behind it that are also technically ours. We decided to take down part of the fence for two reasons, get rid of the leaning fence and so we can actually see the trees! The large tree behind the yuccas is actually a eucalyptus tree and one of the biggest in the area (from what the neighbor told us...). We had it trimmed up last year and it looks so much better. When we gave it a little trim this weekend the smell was amazing! I need to figure out something that I can use some the leaves or some part of it for, any ideas?
Here is our weekend in pictures! What fun things did you do this weekend?
