The first was a margerita pizza with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. It of course was wonderful as usual!
We also made a BBQ pizza which I had never had. This was by far one of the best and most flavorful pizzas I have had!! It had BBQ sauce, smoked cheddar cheese, grilled BBQ chicken, red onion and cilantro.
The green egg! They built an outdoor kitchen and put two eggs in and I love them!
They seem pretty easy to use and make the food so good!

For our drink of the evening my Mom put together some champagne with Peach Nectar and it was so fresh and wonderful! I have added lots of different things to champagne and never had tried the Peach Nectar. It was a nice treat!

I have heard NOTHING but GREAT things about the Green Egg! I just wish they weren't so expensive! Mark my words, Ross and I will have one...one of these days!!! Margherita pizza is my all time fave!!!
